Dongguan Jingshi Technology Co., Ltd provides the following limited warranty for wheelchairs sold through authorized distributors and direct B2B buyers.

1. Warranty Period

Frame and motors: 12 months from the date of delivery. Battery and wear parts (tires, cushions, etc.) are covered for 6 months or according to the specific sales contract.

2. What is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Jingshi will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part free of charge.

3. What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper charging, water immersion beyond IP rating, or overload
• Consumables such as tires, tubes, brake pads and cushions

4. Claim Process

Contact your sales representative or email eva@jingshimed.com with photos/videos, serial number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

This warranty policy is a general guideline. Specific warranty terms are subject to the signed sales contract or proforma invoice.
